Disappointed. Kasia was booked back to back, so rushed through my treatment and blow dry. I would have liked to have left the treatment on for more than a couple of mins..I asked for blow dry waves, but she asked to use straighteners, but it's dropped out on the walk home and she curled some bits the wrong way around my face so it doesn't lay right. I could've done that myself at home. Not sure how the layers will be until I have it straight. Shame, because she had such good reviews.

Avoid! I have huge chunks of hair missing, a wonky and very short fringe. I asked for a four inch trim & a couple of long layers to add texture. Instead I have very short layers (10 inches of hair was taken off 😭) so now my hair looks thin and wispy at the ends. To make it worse the layers aren’t even and there are huge chunks of long hair missing at the front so it’s full of gaps. I’m absolutely devastated as my hair is a huge part of my identity and I’ve lost half of it to an awful haircut.
