My stylist and cut and colour were excellent and I enjoyed the experience. The salon adhered to all COVID guidelines however the salon was very dirty with hair on every surface, a lot of dust and product debris and marks on the mirrors and screens. The staff were very busy and working back to back with appointments so this is likely why but would like to see this improved.
