Booked appointment for 9.45am today, received call 30 mins before appointment to saying as the appointment was booked through treatwell there was no availability. I managed to get a slot for 4pm and was seen at 4.15pm. I was booked with Veronica however I'm glad because I got placed with Claudia. She was super friendly and talkative and knew what I wanted. It started a bit rocky this morning with the appointment hickup but Claudia was great! I'd recommend her for sure. Thumbs up from Claudia!

The salon was in such a cool location, really bright and airy with a really great buzzy atmosphere. All the staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly, and my stylist, Lalo, was excellent. He was super knowledgeable about how to care for long hair and we had a great chat! Would def go again and request Lalo.

What should of been a 1 1/2 hr half head of highlights turned into a 6 hr nightmare! The stylist I booked with was unavailable, so having booked and rebooked I was given Veronica. The toner she used on my hair made my hair brown hair when i requested white blonde! Two rounds of bleach later and my hair has been left yellow blonde! In between this, I was left at the side of the salon whilst she treated other clients and made to feel unwelcome. Left the salon with my Hair Stinking of bleach too 😞😭
