Have been to this salon a few times now and have problems each time. The first time my dress got stained, the second time I was charged £300 for what they called "ballyage" but was actually rushed foil highlights which is streaky at the back, to the extent another hairdresser has commented on it. The final time I booked in with Veronica but the appointment ended up being clearly with a trainee who was inexperienced. I absolutely would not come back and am baffled by the good reviews here!

Veronica was great! I booked the wrong balayage for my hair as I did myself over the Treatwell app but Veronica was so nice. She took the time to go through the best look for me and gave me the look I really wanted. I was so happy with my new look! Thank you again Veronica.
