Salon has no air con/ not being regularly cleaned. Was 20 mins late to be seen (despite being asked to attend early to help them) , hair done with little effort and felt extremely rushed. Disappointed with results and doesn’t feel like hair had been freshly done whatsoever

Excellent haircut and she was so friendly. Happy with the result. However, nightmare customer service. Rescheduled 3 times. One after I arrived having been told to be 15 mins late to then be told I had another 25 minute wait. Days later got another call to reschedule and when I asked if there were other options to the one she suggested she hung up. So so poor so will not book again.
