Overall, I am happy with the colour - it is overtoned in places but that will fade. If my visit had’ve just been the first half it would have been great.
The second half was awful - Keenan rushed the wash (single, rushed wash for blonde seems odd compared to other places and my hair still smells like bleach the next day), and rushed the dry so much I thought my hair was going to be yanked out. It was just a “rough dry” which I’m not complaining about, I just didn’t realise that meant physically rough. He was rude and dismissive when I was leaving. Maybe don’t work late if you want to get out of there so badly. I know he will have an excuse and say it was my fault as I also heard him complaining about other clients while I was waiting with my toner in. Maybe check your attitude if multiple people have a problem with it. Glad it turned out well and it was discounted but won’t be returning or recommending to friends as I was so uncomfortable by the time I left.
