My cut was fine. Nothing special. Definitely not worth £52. I’d never been to the salon before and my hairdresser didn’t introduce themselves so wasn’t entirely sure I had the person that I actually booked with. My hairdresser didn’t even show me the back of my hair afterwards, didn’t ask if the length was ok and I had to keep asking for the ends to be cut into, my hair to be thinned out etc. I honestly felt like a burden to the hairdresser for being there. Wouldn’t return

Asked for my hair to be cut straight, one length and ended up with a choppy, skew bob shorter in the front. Asked for a refund and was told it was not possible but could get a voucher for a treatment that would cost me more money- terrible service

I can’t fault the end result, the colour and cut are great but it was the longest hair appointment I’ve ever had. Half head root touch up and a trim took over 3 hours, I was left unattended for quite a while and wasn’t told what was happening, I was also told it was essential to have a toner even though I had no time but he wasn’t giving up. At the end of the session I was charged extra for this which I feel could have been told to me at the time of choosing!
