The haircut itself was fine however the blow dry was rushed and fell out within an hour. The salon itself though it’s quite dirty. The workstation. Was covered in a thick layer of hair and dust and the area clearly hadn’t been brushed since the last use. Overall it was fine as a discount haircut but the salon really need a deep and thorough clean, it’s very shabby round the edges.

Laylo was great but the receptionist was rude, ignorant and argued with me in front of the whole salon. I booked time off work to use the off peak discounts but was charged an additional £70 on top of my Treatwell booking. I was not offered a glass of water and the the treatment didn’t start until an hour after I arrived. Do not book here.
