I didn’t get the hairdresser I had booked. Not happy with my haircut. I specifically asked that I not have layers cut in my hair and they have been. It was too late for me to say anything by the time I realised what was happening.

Jasmine was such great company and obviously knew what she was doing! Felt so at ease from the consultation and she checked in so many times across the appointment to make sure she was getting every detail I’d asked for correct. Couldn’t be happier!
