I booked my first haircut since having a baby and made arrangements to have her looked after but when I turned up at the hairdressers they told me my hairdresser hadn't turned up (even though I had been on the phone to them 10 minutes before and they hadn't mentioned it). I then re-booked for the week after and made more childcare arrangements and again they cancelled on the morning. Asked for a refund and they said they said it may take 2-3 days to come through....6 days and still waiting
