It was all an okay experience until the stylist gave the untrained receptionist the blow dry to complete. The girl got my hair straight from the towel and just pointed the hairdryer at the bottom. No combing/brushing was done to de-tangle, she also didn’t touch my hair so was drying knots into my hair. She unplugged the hairdryer as if she was done, even though the top was still soaking. The stylist had to tell her to dry the top too. I left the salon with crazy knotted hair unable to see what the colour actually looked like.
