The person cutting my hair seemed kind of insecure at times and made a couple of mistakes whereas the first time I visited Live True the hairdresser was confident and end up doing an amazing job.

My hair was left cut unevenly, curtain fringe was also uneven and not shaped greatly. While getting my hair highlighted at another place the following week, they balanced everything back out. Also more then an inch was cut off.
