I booked with one specific hairdresser and she had left but I hadn’t been told about this. The girl I had was okay, not really my style and the balayage isn’t what I asked more, it’s more like highlights. Overall I’m quite disappointed, especially as it’s not the cheapest treatment.

First booking at Live True and with Flora, she was great! My balayage was so thorough and even across my hair, which I have a lot of. She also took time to understand what I want and was really nice. Will be coming back to see her again!
