Overall the staff were lovely and the haircut was good. But I have to give a bad review on this occasion as not only was it delayed throughout but I was given an additional £72 charge at the end of the haircut - there had been no warning of the additional treatments and I had said no to having the treatments they had offered at an additional cost. As I had already paid £160 for the haircut and am not very financially fluid the additional £72 was a big increase that was incredibly upsetting, but I felt I couldn’t say anything at the time because the treatment had happened. Unfortunately this means I won’t go back again, a lack of transparency and clarity in what you are being offered leaves a very bad taste.
The hair cut and colour was good but I wasn’t impressed by the service.
I waited 20 mins for my appointment and wasn’t given a reason or an apology.
I wasn’t offered a drink either and given it’s not a cheap salon I do think that’s disappointing
When my hair was being styled it felt like the hairdresser just gave up and large chunks of my hair weren’t curled. I had to ask him to finish styling my hair as he’d said we were done and walked back to the till.
