The guy I had was lovely, I like the colour however, similar to other reviews I have seen on here, there are a number of hidden charges. They offer flash sales on Treatwell and then get the money back through hidden charges. I was charged £25 for ‘extra bleach’. My hair is only shoulder length and I have never been charged for bleach, having already paid £100+ for a full head of highlights. Also nearly got charged £40 for olaplex treatment which I have at home. Leaves a bad taste.

One of the best chops I have had. Exactly what I asked for and some tips as well. Lovely smooth blow dry after. Had a completely new look and love it!
