I am truly disappointed with the service at the Live True London Clapham North. The hair wash was quite rough and the haircut was extremely basic. The blowdry was probably the worst in my life.Gabriele was rushed and distracted!
I wasn’t offered any drink and when blow-drying the hairdresser did not use any heat protector or styling product.
In the end, he just said that it finished and did not even show me a mirror to see the back which was very unusual and happened the first time to me.

The blow dry was good however the hidden charges are a bit of false advertisement, it says “flash sale” for a blow dry but when I got there I had to pay £15 extra for the hair length. It is a bit annoying as it’s better to just have different prices for different lengths advertised on the website.
