Vida was very friendly and helpful and took care to talk to me and understand what I wanted before the haircut and then to make some adjustments after the haircut was done. I love my haircut and the experience

I ended up having a different stylist; unsure of his name but he was amazing and took the time to understand what I was wanting with my cut. Unfortunately, I did wait nearly an hour to be seen as I didn't get checked in properly so do check in with reception to avoid this issue. The staff were lovely and rectified this issue immediately once I brought it to their attention.
