Asked to come in early then rushed through in 20 minutes. I was expecting some sort of experience as you would with a salon visit but it was more like a conveyer belt of clients coming in and out. No relaxing hair wash, no products put on my hair or offered before I left. My hair looked more frizzy when I left than when I went in.
