Came in only to be told my appointment was cancelled; rescheduled for the next day, but realized i had a conflict. Contacted the salon immediately to cancel and as I had pre-paid, asked for a refund. Still haven't heard anything, still haven't received a refund.
Weird experience with Freddy where he tried to upsell me a balayage at the end of the haircuit and his station was really messy covered in someone else's hair. Haircuit was alright, didn't show much understanding of the texture of my hair.
Kelvin did a great job on my damaged overprocessed hair. He carefully explained what the right thing would be for me in terms of saving the hair and still allowing it to look good. Very happy with the result.
