After 30 mins of waiting after my appointment time I queried how much longer the wait would be. I was finally seen after 40 minutes but this would have been longer if I hadn't of said anything. It wouldn't have been an issue had my expectations been managed or if I had been contacted in advance to arrive later. Hair wash was rushed, no massage. I ordered a coffee and this was forgotten about. Such a shame as previously had a great experience at this salon. Won't be returning unfortunately
