Kelvin was absolutely fantastic.
He really knows his colouring and blondes.
I walked in with roots to my ankle and he was able to literally recover and redo my hair. My hair feels soo much more healthier and the blonde is perfect - no yellow tones at all.
His attention to detail is exceptional.

The last two times I’ve been there they assigned a different professional to cut my hair without any warning whatsoever, putting me in an awkward position to ask the person that’s about to cut my hair, making them feel like I don’t want them personally. I don’t think I’ll be coming back unfortunately, a year ago I had the best experience in Live True Clapham with Isobel, but she seems to not be working there anymore and every other experience I’ve had (3 more times) didn’t live up t my standards

I asked for a bob and the stylist recommended light layering to stop the bob from being too blunt but they've cut so many layers in and it looks awful. It looks more like a mullet than a bob. I'm so disappointed. They also had no clean towels so the stylist took a used one off another customer and used it on my hair. Used to like this place but won't be going back.

Felt quite scammed when they charged me an extra £113 for 2x toners. The terms and conditions of the balayage offer stated that any additional toners would be £30 each. Staff were shady when I asked for an itemised bill and glancing at each other, then the girl said she couldn’t print it. They also didn’t have my appointment registered saying the receptionist forgot to book it on the system, they fitted me in 30 mins later. Balayage pretty rubbish, barely a colour change from what I started with
