I went for a full head of highlights, didn’t give me close to the shade I asked for, didn’t highlight close to the root and left tons of dark patches throughout. I complained and a few weeks later was booked in again in fairness to them for another lot of highlights - over 8 hours later and lots of bleach I still haven’t got what I asked for. Not worth the price or time, avoid if you want a good blonde highlight job

My request - no curtain bangs, no chunk cut in when doing light facial framing, just a light feathery framing.
What I got - massive chunk out of one side of my hair. Don’t know what to do with it now but I’m mortified to leave the house. No styling could even mask it. Horrific and I paid for the senior stylist.
Also the salon is a bit grubby the mirrors could do with a clean. The stylist herself had a good personality but my hair is so bad. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It was really just okay. The cut was very uneven until I said something and I had to fix a few awkward pieces when I got home.
My appointment was booked for a different time than I had selected on Treatwell.

I love my balayage top up and cut! Umut really went the extra mile by staying late into the evening to ensure my hair colour was perfect and I absolutely love it!
