I arrived on time at 12, receptionist said to take a seat. 20 mins passed. I asked what was happening and she told me my stylist must be late, no apology, offer of a drink. Another 15 mins passed, I went back and was told she’s a receptionist and it’s not her fault if the stylist doesn’t turn up. I asked what the plan was, another receptionist said she’d arrange a different stylist. seen 50 mins late, no apology.
Stylist who fit me in was brilliant. The brunette receptionist ruined it, so rude.
