Overall it was an okay experience. Didn’t quite get what I wanted, had to ask for a drink multiple times to get one & there were loads of additional charges at the end which I wasn’t warned about (so be careful if they ask if you want anything!).

I used annual leave to go to the mid-week discount where I pre-praid for 'Balayage Full Head' & 'Haircut & Dry' only to arrive for them to slap on addit. £85.00 extra fees. In places a fee gets added on but not that much, when I argued the amount they said they'd do a deal which was just them cancelling my pre-paid haircut without asking. I showed lots of photos of dark natural balayage and got opposite of what I asked for leaving with wet block bleach blonde which has ruined my hair. Awful.
