Haircut was great (especially for the price) but experience was ruined by rude and unprofessional staff on reception. Disappointing that Live True doesn’t hire people who understand the basics of customer service - I wouldn’t recommend based on this.

Love my hair - Rui did an amazing job at listening to what I wanted and correcting some not-so-great highlights I had got previously! It was my last cut and colour before my wedding so I wanted it to be great and it didn’t disappoint. Thank you Rui.
