booked with hairdresser only to be assigned another one after arrival. They never mentioned it. called me after I left accusing me of not paying extras I haven't been told about when l left.Lois is quite aggressive shouldn't work in customer service

LOVE IT! Had an amazing haircut & stunning blow dry with Rui who listened to everything I asked. Lovely hair wash too from another lovely receptionist as it was really busy. All the team are fab & as I always say Good Vibes only! Thank you! X
