Probably the worst blow dry I have ever had. Very flat and frizzy still - had to go home and fix it. Disappointed.

The receptionist said the stylist was late. When I said it was my bday so couldn’t be late she didn’t even say HBD or apologise. The stylist didn’t engage with me and had to get him to cut my layers evenly which he got annoyed at. Not great
