The salon was still closed when I came for my hair appointment even though they should have been open. Had to wait outside in the rain for half an hour. It would have been nice if I had a call from them to say they were running late.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I asked blonde highlights and the colourist dyed my hair dark grey. I then got upset and he was very rude to me. He decided to put some warm toner in and it came out ginger.
