I went for a trim of my bob haircut the stylist cut my hair shorter than I had wanted but even worse one side was shorter than the other, something I had to point out to the stylist. She then had to cut my hair even shorter. She then straightened my hair and I had to point out a part that wasn’t the same length as the rest. My hair is much shorter than I had wanted and is totally unflattering I feel really ugly. I told the stylist my hair was shorter than I wanted and she just awkwardly laughed

Courtney was a breath of fresh air on a dark Monday evening with no one in the salon, working efficiently on a full head of foils for blonde & expertly working it in with my grey for a great effect. Friendly and focussed, I was glad to try Courtney and would recommend as a skilled colourist and stylist.
