I'm a regular at Live True Clapham, visiting every 4 months for haircuts or color. Yesterday, I had a color consultation with Abbie. She was welcoming and explained the process, but after taking a sample of my hair, I didn't hear back from her. Despite promises, Abbie never called back, leaving me feeling disappointed and unprofessional. Though not a paying customer at the time, I wanted to get my hair done at this salon, sadly there’s a first time for disappointment

Appointment was done by Lalo. Sooo happy with the colour! Perfectly blended, revamped to fresh blonde! Absolute hair god for highlight blondes. 10/10!
