First time balayage, Ismail took the time to talk me through my options and his advice. Extremely thorough and confident, felt completely comfortable he was going to do a fantastic job. He made sure I was happy with the results before I left. To top it off, a perfect cut and blow dry too. I was recommended Ismail by a friend and now I recommend him to all of mine!
