Had a really lovely hair cut. Stylist explained what she was doing and how it would help overall. Was about 30 mins late for my appointment and nobody explained why but when the stylist saw me she was very apologetic.

I was really disappointed. I’ve been to live true London in Clapham before and thought it was good but I don’t think I’ll come back again unfortunately. The combs/brushes/scissors they used on my were all covered in other peoples hair and it didn’t feel clean at all. The person that cut my hair was perfectly nice but the cut was uneven so I had to ask her to straighten it out, and I’m not confident it’s fully straight now. Such a shame!
