Appointment was at 15:30. By 16:00 I was still waiting and when I eventually asked at reception I was told that they my stylist was still busy with their client and would still be a while. I got given another stylist about 10 minutes later but wish they could have done so without me having to ask or at least been notified of the delay. But I get it, things happen and regardless of everything I am very very happy with my hair and staff were really friendly and professional and happy to help

Danielle was absolutely amazing start to finish, it was my first time getting my hair done since moving to London and she made me feel very comfortable, took the time to understand what I wanted & was so lovely to chat with! My hair looks incredible & feels so much healthier than when I came in :) thank you so much, would definitely want Danielle to do my hair again!

Honestly this was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received! The cut is extremely uneven and not at all what I requested. After initially talking with their customer service team about my experience I was asked for my availability to attend the salon again. However since that email I have been completely ignored and they have refused to see me. I wouldn’t trust this salon again.
