Awful - was left with streaky and yellow hair. The hairdresser clearly couldn’t be bothered to take time in the process and was left with very damaged hair which will now take a long time to repair. Please be careful

The staff are all lovely! However, I went in for a balayage and it’s not very noticeable. Also, I asked to freshen up my current hairstyle which had very long and subtle layers, but ended up with much shorter layers that aren’t blended very well 🥲
