I booked with Abbie but got someone else, Sorin who was great! He had spoken with my normal stylist so he understood what I wanted - full head of foils, cut and blow dry. I left feeling happy. The space the team work in isn't clean and it's quite chaotic as it's a mix of stylists who use the space. I go for the skills and the results vs. the atmosphere.

I'm a regular at Live True Clapham, visiting every 4 months for haircuts or color. Yesterday, I had a color consultation with Abbie. She was welcoming and explained the process, but after taking a sample of my hair, I didn't hear back from her. Despite promises, Abbie never called back, leaving me feeling disappointed and unprofessional. Though not a paying customer at the time, I wanted to get my hair done at this salon, sadly there’s a first time for disappointment
