Always love getting my highlights here but this wasn’t my best experience. The staff could be friendlier in general - not specific to the stylist I had but the other women working on the day.

They were quite clearly unhappy that when we got this appointment online when they were pushing for an appointment in the salon (cheaper on treatwell as they charge £80+ pounds for a haircut when booked in the salon). Still did a decent job with the cut
