The original stylist I had was Sorin who was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hairdresser. He was rude, obnoxious, left me waiting for 25 minutes so he could have a smoke. Sorin would cause someone to never return to the salon, poor reviews that name him specifically are all over google for this salon. As such I had to reschedule, I then had Laura on the rescheduled appointment who was brilliant and I would recommend highly. She turned the experience right around.
