Not a great experience. The stylist was late and then took 90 mins to curl my hair, leaving me looking more like a poodle by the end of it! The staff seemed cliquey and were obviously deriding another customer who was complaining about her colour.

I was disappointed by the rushed nature of the cut. They didn’t really seem to pay attention to my hair type (curly), normally expect a deeper condition and the use of a diffuser. Request to retain texture on top wasn’t really listened too either.
