I was shocked to be told “we are so sorry our stylist just woke up so she can’t do your hair right now” when I turned up for my appointment on time. My appointment was pushed 4.30 hours because someone thought their beauty sleep was more important than professionalism. When I actually got the haircut it wasn’t great either. No sorrys from the stylist and the fringe was bulky and didn’t flow or blend well with the rest of the hair. Seriously wish I kept my hair as is. Extremely disappointed.
