Selime did the perfect balayage and put so much pride into it. She was amazing and I would book with her every time! There was a mix up as I was told the toner was free but then tried to charge. The receptionist admitted it was an internal mistake but was adamant that I would still have to pay and then apply externally for a refund?! He had his AirPods in the whole time and was rather rude! If you struggle holding your ground, AVOID! I’d go back for Selime, but so let down by the receptionist!

I’m absolutely shocked at how this salon is still standing. As a long time resident of Clapham I always get a blow dry locally and I had no idea that I was walking into the worst salon in Clapham. 2 times I made appointments and both times the stylist hadn’t bothered to check schedule or call to say they are not coming. First time round they managed to squeeze me in but even that I immediately regretted. Instead of being apologetic for the inconvenience they decided to charge me more. Avoid!!
