First time at Live True through a recommendation and it exceeded my expectations. I had my doubts as I felt like the hair wash was handled quite roughly and moments where I had water trickling down my neck so I was unsure about how the haircut would go down.
Sorin did a great job with my hair. I showed him a pic and he executed it well. I’ll definitely be back, thanks so much!

There were a few issues with booking - turned up for appointment they said they couldn’t fit me in for what I wanted (full head of highlights) even though I’d booked on Treatwell. I booked another day then got a call to say my stylist was running late. I don’t mind but it doesn’t make a good impression. Colour is okay, the stylist seemed a little indifferent and it didn’t feel like a nice relaxing experience.
