I was actually seen by Louis not Federico - Louis was amazing and managed to get a bouncy blow out on my very fine/straight hair so I was super impressed. Gave 4 stars for overall experience as I wasn’t told that I wouldn’t be seeing Federico and I had specifically chosen him. Turned out well in the end and I wouldn’t mind at all (especially with a last minute Sunday appointment) but should have been communicated by reception, especially seeing as they called to push my appointment back 30mins!
