I was left with a very thick, uneven and choppy fringe. I was offered a free cut which I accepted, only to be booked in again with the same stylist which was not only awkward, but they did the exact same thing again. so now I have a shorter bad cut

Nice stylists and salon but feels quite rushed and chaotic. Cut wasn’t exactly what I wanted and I felt as though I was being rushed out the door. Probably ok for a trim or style but for any proper cuts or colours I wouldn’t feel very comfortable

I ended up paying over double what I had booked to have done - it was very hard to say no to all the upselling. I got highlights on shoulder-length hair and they told me they might 'run out of bleach' so I would need to pay extra... The towels they put around your neck were also stale and smelly and the water runs cold to hot continuously whilst they wash your hair. The colour over all was fine but it came to so much money at the end!
