Within 3 days I went to 3 hairdressers and only Rui could execute what I wanted. I had a list of specific wants, needs and imagery for inspiration, as well as what I didn’t want. The first 2 gave me haircuts exactly the opposite of what I wanted. I was so unhappy with it, I decided to try a third cut. I was nervous because I didn’t have much hair left to cut. But third times the charm, because Rui understood what I wanted. I now have the cut I wanted and am very happy about it.
