I asked for natural highlights as I like to be a natural blonde and like my roots to blend it with my hair nicely. Unfortunately I came out with bright blonde hair that had no dimension left in it. I went back the next day to have a darker toner in it but eventually that wears off. To say I spent a lot of money, I should leave feeling happy with my hair, but it’s completely knocked my confidence, I just want my old hair back!
