Had a terrible experience here - I booked in because I had seen their amazing offers (50% off colour & £60 off cut and blow dry) but they massively overcharged me. (Apparently booking the appointment in person invalidates the offers which makes no sense). Do not be deceived by their offers! Their customer service is so bad - I ended up paying £180 for a cut and a toner. They offered me a £10 voucher as compensation … expiring in 2 days after they gave it to me. Really would not recommend!!
