Orlando was absolutely amazing—super knowledgeable and genuinely attentive to my wishes and concerns about my hair. I went in ready for a change, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better balayage and cut. I’m so glad I gave this salon a chance; I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely team and environment, but a disappointing haircut - they trimmed my fringe so short I'll have to clip it back for a few weeks until it grows back.
