I was waiting for 40 minutes before being told that my hairdresser did not show up and that I could either go to Vauxhall or get a new appointment. The receptionist was lovely and apologetic, however this was quite inconvenient. I decided to go to the Vauxhall branch where I had a lovely hair cut so all ended well, however disappointed that I wasted an hour
