Haircut and treatment was really good. No issues with hairstylist. Highly recommend. Issue was trying to get through to the salon on the phone. Took over 1 hour after numerous attempts. Noticed a few staff around the reception area talking whilst the phone was ringing. Also towels had a damp smell and not the cleanest sink area. More attention to deep cleaning and professionalism is needed.

Awful experience. Asked for natural framing round my face and was left with a bleached badger streak which they then refused to fix. Wasn’t offered anything to drink in 3 hours and had to ask repeatedly just for some water. Stylist was rough and painful. Do not go here!!

My appointment was pushed back, then I was called to come in asap only to then be left waiting for 25mins.
I was the last client of the day and it was obvious they were very keen to get this over and done with asap … The wash/cut/blowdry was really rushed, and end result just messy and not the quality I’ve had previously at other LiveTrue locations.
Really disappointing.
