I was really disappointed with my experience. The stylist didnt really listen to me at all and tried to encourage me to get a balayage when I have always had and continue to want blonde highlights. My hair ended up looking really grey - probably due to the excessive use of toner. I would not recommend and given there are a lot of options in london would not go back.
