Completely messed around by the salon / business - Had 3 consultations in total because they messed up my booking / I wasn’t actually seen to until an hour in and had to travel to another salon to keep my appointment. Lack of care and customer service when addressing the issues I faced. Also unhappy with the outcome of my hair and it was prep for my wedding. (Hair was not done by Ugur so not reflective of his skills) he has cut my hair previously and I’ve been very happy. So upsetting.
