Requested an 80s updo, but he ended up doing what was supposed to be big curly/wavy/messy hair. I explained that my hair does not really hold curls well and would prefer the updo but he said the updo would not last more than 2hrs. Ended up with flat somewhat wavy hair that did not give any 80s vibes. He burnt me with the hairdrier and then with the tongs and took 20mins longer than adverstised. Couldn’t wait to leave.
