Went in for a trim and asked for a straight cut. Came out with layers, v-shape and the complete opposite of what I wanted. Doesn't look bad, but didn't do what I asked for which is very disappointing

Online booking system is smooth. Upon arrival the checking in was seamless despite the fact they were busy. I arrived before my stylist. He was OK but got hit a couple of times with his equipment, even when taking something from space between mirrors the costumer beside me was nearly hit by the blow dryer. I think I was the only costumer without water. 😞 my hair was cut toooooo short... 😞 He did not understand my request...but nevertheless it happened already. But great salon!
